Hannah is a total rockstar broker. If you throw a stone in Denver you'll hit 5 brokers so what sets Hannah apart from the herd? So many things. First, she is not just a transactional broker - she truly cares about her clients financial goals, investment strategy and just who they are as human beings. She's a relationship person. She's not trying to sell anyone real estate, she's trying to help people achieve financial freedom through what she believes is the best way how through short term rentals. The STR market is nuanced and there are soooo many details and Hannah either knows them because she's educated herself on the various county rules and regulations or she will stop at nothing to find you the answer you need (which may not always be the answer that you want). She has her clients' interests top of mind and will stop at nothing to get you what you need and what you deserve for your home purchase. She is knowledgeable, honest, humble, generous with her time for her clients and downright funny. So many people work with brokers because they are friends or family or they just choose the agent on the Zillow listing because they don't realize you have options. I believe that you should work with a broker that has the same investment strategy that you do.
